Springwood Hotel

Owner is rude, changes rates on a whim, refuses to give toilet paper to guests and constantly disturbs guests even after being told they are sick. If your looking to over pay, buy your own toilet paper & clean your room then this is the place for you!

Toilet didn’t work, sheets not clean. Was able to get credit Several people were cancelling stays at front desk.

TV, phone and toilet didn’t work. Someone came to the door, and assuming it was the repairman, I opened the door. It was a man saying he was from housekeeping and said to let him know if we needed anything. He kept trying to look behind me into the room. Very creepy. I left. Do not stay here.

Horrible

It was by far one of the best motels I stayed at. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and one lady offered to help me carry my food. I felt at home and the customer service was by far the best. I’ll definitely come here again when my Georgia Bulldogs play Auburn in Auburn.

I felt unsafe. It was not clean and needed to be condemned!!

Place is horrible. Mattress was smaller than boxspring and you could see stains on boxspring. Shower had rusted towel holder, a hole in the ceiling where a light used to be, major glue or some substance stain all over the tub and around the shower mat. Room smelled of mildew. TV had no power. It was plugged into an extension cord that was thru a rough looking hole in the wall. I unplugged from that and plugged into the wall socket below it and the TV finally worked. And then to top it off. I went to check out on sunday morning and there was a sign saying "OPEN @ 9AM". The note next to it said nothing about what to do for check out if they are not there. I wanted to check out at 7am and had to wait around another 2 hours! Then when they open and turn in my key, I ask the guy behind the desk how to check out when no one is there. He stated to push his sign in the window aside and leave the key....I asked why this wasnt on his sign and I got shrugged shoulders.... A HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!
