Springwood Hotel

Room dirty tv did not work moved to another room the the remote did not work shower water backed up in tub towel was wore out

So gross, walked in saw cockroaches and smelled bad smells and walked out

I really can't tell you about the stay because i NEVER found the Hotel, that address was for another Hotel.

Hotel needs a total makeover

Dirty towels and sheets. 1 bed did not even have a top sheet. Musty, smoky smell. AC noisy and not cooling well. Very old motel with poor upkeep.

Everything. Place needs to be torn down

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Drug addicts outside, windows busted out. Please DO NOT waste your money here. I absolutely plan on getting a full refund. We could not even stay in the hotel, we went elsewhere out of pure fear.

The name of the hotel where the Springwood inn was supposed to be was the Oyo Hotel. There was not a desk person in the office when we arrived and others were waiting as well. The property did not look like what was advertised on Expedia. The outside looked really bad. It appears that parts of the hotel were used for people living there as opposed to renting a room. It may be that the hotel used to be the Springwood Inn and it is now being renovated to the Oyo Hotel - or it could be vice-versa. did not stay at the property and went elsewhere.

This facility was built around the 1950s and is simply not maintained to current safety, livability and hygienic standards. The odor of a scent spray was so strong that our throats became sore after an hour. The floor in the bathroom sunk at least 1/4 inch when stepped on. There was no tissue or hygienic materials (soap, shampoo, etc). I have an issue on payment. I was told that I had to pay when I also paid to Expedia. We left after the second room was rejected for a fire alarm that beeped every 25 seconds. This failitly should be shut down.
