The staff were extremely helpful and very nice

Really like my room en-suite with a full kitchen, as well as the quiet space. What made the stay though was their management. When the breakfast person called in sick, their manager showed up and took full accountability. She even was helpful helping me with their vegetarian breakfast items. Thank you, I will stay again in the future!

Our stay here was horrible, there is no pool, atleast not one that isn’t damaged and unusable, there was a horrible loud sound every few minutes for 45-60 seconds all night long, the entrance doors didn’t lock correctly. The hotel refused to allow us a refund so we could get a different hotel for the weekend and of course Travelocity let the hotel decide and weren’t helpful whatsoever! We had no hot water for over 24 hours and there was literally no breakfast over an hour before breakfast was supposed to be over!

Chad was awesome upon check-in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and offer any help neccessary.

Our room was on the end closest to the exit door. The outside door on our building slams closed and is very loud. I realize it has to be a secure closed door. If it could have a soft close system it would be better! That was the only disappointment of our stay!

This was the first time I stayed at this type of property I have stayed at suite hotels before but this location surpassed them easily the full kitchen with complete stove and oven microwave and dishwasher was incredibly convenient the two bedroom suite with 3 tv's was awesome so much space and privacy it was amazing the pullout couch although was not needed but was a welcome addition to the room the breakfast daily was good hot food with a change daily the only thing this place needs it to update the living room furniture and this place would be outstanding!

Used Marriott app to check in early and give my arrival time. I arrived 1/2 later and my room wasn't ready. Not a problem! Case at front desk was excellent. She got me into a different room right then and there. Room was clean and organized well. Only room issue was a loud squeaky floor in the bathroom so feel sorry for those on the floor below me. Would look to stay here again.

Location is great, right off the highway and near a bunch of businesses. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

It was weird to only have one very small trash can for the entire suite. Hallways smelt like marijuana. Wish the breakfast had a little more variety.

I would like a refund for the night I stayed. Room smelled, wifi didn’t work and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Please call me at 617-593-1509
