Send me to another hotel courtyard because repair and promised a refund. I never got it

Good experience, would stay again

The pool was green. Kids bought new bathing suits and no pool. I spent 5 days and they cleaned the room on the last day. No extra towels and limited toilet paper. Continental breakfast was very bad.

Upon check in the front desk, employee was very nice. However, the room was not clean as there was hair on her bed as well as in the shower. Also, the TV remote did not work properly, had to be 2 feet away and still would only work sporadically. It was hot out so the air conditioning was running, but when we left the next day, we turned it off while we were gone, came back in the room smelled terribly of smoke, made it bearable by having the air conditioning on, but still, unacceptable.

First room they tried to give us, the a/c didn't work and a window was broken. Second room was better, but outside door wouldn't unlock with the room key card. TV in one bedroom kept turning on by itself, just decided to unplug it. Milk from the continental breakfast was spoiled. The pool was very murky. One plus was they brought us some fresh milk after throwing out the spoiled. Would never stay there again

seemed a bit rundown. stains on tub, leaking faucet when running the shower, furniture stained and old.

Smell so bad

The hotel has an excellent location if you want to be south denver which was our case (near DTC and Park Meadows). Price for a 2 bedroom was good. Facilities were as expected. The breakfast was very very basic and low quality. So we always fixed ours. We were on the second floor and could hear every single step from above. Certainly the architect of this hotel has to be fired and the project manager from Marriot too. Zero noise control in the design. Staff was friendly.
