Our family room smelled really bad, like armpit. The staff was great, breakfast was delicious. The elevator looks pretty old. Outside facilities are very good. No restaurant on side and the fitness room is not on property. I will stay here again though.

This is a nice and clean hotel, we stayed for 2 nights with family, the hotel is near to many restaurants and branded stores/mall. I have a lifetime top elite status with Marriott and have stayed in countless Marriott properties across US over the years, the main reason that makes a hotel good is the hotel staff and how they treat their guests, the staff in this hotel is great/exceptional. We were greeted by Jen S at (Reception), She was extremely helpful and upgraded our room and took time and explained us about breakfast time and other things related to the hotel, when we were leaving after 2 days and didn’t find the luggage cart Jen S sent the hotel staff to help us out with our luggage, all this hospitality makes guest feel good/important, we had a great stay at this hotel-Special thanks to Jen S and staff, will surely stay here again when we visit this area and recommend same to family and friends.

Staff and the cleanliness

The staff were great and the location was also nice.

Was very disappointed that our first room wasn’t even clean and ready for us. We were reassigned to another room and the appearance of that room and lack of cleanliness was very noticeable. We will find another location for our next trip.

A beautiful property. The guy who checked us in was very nice and accommodating. The maintenance man was amazing. When he came to fix the tv he had such an outgoing personality and put smiles on our faces. You could really tell he loves his job. The GM was so kind when we talked. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Feel safe being in my room, area is pretty breakfast was great, staff was friendly, big parking lot it is all good.
