The air conditioning in our first room (2 bedroom suite) did not work. They did not have a similar room available so gave us ajoining rooms, which was fine as well. She was very nice and very quick in the resolution process.

Excellent staff, really helpful and friendly. Helped me out with an issue I had. Facility condition in places is showing its age, but not a problem in my opinion; just the elevator light being consistently out was an inconvenience.

This is the reason we didn't score Town Center higher. We do not like cheese everything had cheese on it. There was only 1 waffle maker therefore there was a long wait to use the waffle maker because families were making many waffles.

Have breakfast selection without cheese on it or in it!!

This property has a feel of being Old, I will talk about my room. The colors in the does not feel welcoming, has a smell and the worst is you can open the window and No screen available. I don’t have young kids but that’s very unsafe.

We arrived earlier than anticipated just before 3 pm and wanted to check in and then wait in the reception area for our room to be ready until the correct time. The receptionist was full of a cold or a flu virus and was not at all friendly or helpful. Rooms were clean but very outdated and passageway was very shabby and smelly. The walls are thin and we could hear the person in the room next to us snoring throughout the night. This is not what we would expect of a hotel under the Marriott name.

Good luck just finding the front door to enter this hotel. The property feels forgotten, the rooms are dark and not laid out well (only bathroom by front door in a one bedroom suite?). NO fitness center and completely unhelpful at front desk when I asked about their agreement with a fitness facility 4 miles away. We originally booked for 3 nights but when I was woken up at 6 a.m. but the strongest scent of ham cooking from the breakfast (awful ventilation) I went down and checked out early. We went to another Marriott property that was a night and day difference. They got us checked in early and I was able to use their gym before I even checked in. I would never stay at this TownePlace Suites again.
