Clean, friendly staff, great breakfast

I would stay here again. Other than some loud drunken guests on the patio at 2-3am, everything was great. Breakfast was ok.

It was 9:00 pm or so when we arrived, so it was dark. Here are the unfortunates: 1. Sketchy people loitering 2. One door getting into our building (B) was jammed shut so we had to walk a ways down to get into the building 3. The elevator in building B was pitch black - so creepy. I had to use the light on my mobile phone 4. Got to our room and the door was OPEN. Our key card didn’t flash green or anything so, seeing the door was just ever so slightly open a tiny crack maybe, I pushed on it and it just opened. I contacted the gentleman at the front desk and told him everything right then and there. He apologized profusely and told us to come on back to the check in desk. I would have preferred an escort and for him to come look at these issues immediately, but we headed back. 5. Even though this fellow knew I was upset, and even though we returned to the front desk immediately as he had told us to do, he wasn’t anywhere to be seen when we got back a couple minutes later and we waited at least 5 minutes for him to return! My mind was blown. I was getting ready to leave to go to a better hotel when he finally showed back up, arriving from the laundry room carrying some clean and folded bedding and looking befuddled. It then took him a few minutes to get us our new room key. 6. Not super convenient location. Once we finally got to our room, it was clean and quiet, but after seeing the dilapidated part of the hotel at night and not getting promptly assisted, not going to stay the second night we planned!!

Bldg B/Rm 215 1 star rating only I booked here as a last minute booking for myself and my parents. Reviews were good so I had no problem booking and pre-paying. After seeing the conditions of the interior building and room, I would have cancelled if I were able to get a full refund. Fortunately, it was only a one night stay. Room/inside building was poorly cleaned and maintained and smelled strongly of marijuana. Outside of property was nice. Elevator working but lights out- poor safety, not comfortable using it, so elderly parents had to haul luggage up the stairs. Coffee pods in kitchenette- no coffee maker. Tv in one bedroom not working. Smudges of dirt (or something) on bathroom doors and jams. Air conditioning unit didn’t work properly and room was very hot especially at night after a 95 degree day. The excellent staff at check in and check out were the only redeeming factor of this property. I will not book at this location again.

Overall great place and very good breakfast provided. The room looked a bit worn-out, especially carpet. Breakfast area is rather small and things ran out (like plates, milk, etc )… had to remind staff to keep things stocked - but great free breakfast!

There was a bug in the sheets in one of the rooms. A big axx toenail clipping in the living room area on the foot stool. The elevator light was out for 1 whole day of our stay. Location and customer service were on point. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

Maintenance and housekeeping need improvement!!!

Beds were comfy. If you were needing a place to stay for several days it'd be great as it' has a full kitchen in each room. So you could fix your meals there rather than eating out.

They needed biscuits and gravy for breakfast.

Well, the stay was good enough. Well located for the price. Surroundings looked safe and good dining options. Although they need to maintain the building. The elevator had no working lights, room was not properly clean etc.

Nice room. Good location. Quiet facility.
