booked a 1 bedroom for my husband and I for our anniversary.  When I arrived at the property there were no 1 bedrooms available or even a 2 bedroom.  MY husband has difficulty sleeping and twitches,  so a 1 bedroom is necessary for us.  The front desk clerk asked if a studio was ok, well I didn't have much choice in the matter, did I?  She said she would give me a discount since I would be in a different room.  It was a $7 discount! Which was given to me with my deposit which was fully returned, so no discount received. I did look at Travelocity later, for the same night mind you and the rate was $89.  I was not thrilled with this revelation.   Later on that night when we were going to bed I needed to start my night by sleeping on the sofa bed.  I searched that room top to bottom and there were no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed.  Thank goodness I brought our coats in because that is what I used to cover myself up.   When I tried to contact Marriott customer service they said to refer back to Travelocity. They just passed me off. I will never stay at anouth Towneplace.

I love the quiet neighborhood. The staff has been nothing but kind, friendly, and accommodating. That being said, the rooms are not as clean as I would hope, and they have an unpleasant odor.

This hidden jewel is quiet, incredibly comfortable and clean. Will stay there again!

I do not recommend this hotel in DTC, bad representation altogether. Stay here…if want to be inconvenienced, only then would it ever be 5 star And don’t bother sharing your concerns… See for yourself…if you have points, money or time to waste on a Bon Voy stay, sad representation of a Marriott brand altogether. I hate to admit, but very true !!!

Very nice 2 bedroom rooms however lack of cooking and only had 2 forks, 8 knives, 4 spoons. The snow removal and icy areas didn’t get tended to and it was slippery in parking lots and entry way
