Extended Stay America Suites - Chantilly - Dulles

Check in was a process….super slow! The hallway smelled like weed a lot! The beds were extremely uncomfortable! We only stayed for one night and thankful for that! Found bugs in the room when we were leaving.

I booked hotel thru hotels.com and paid $115 but at the of checkin reception desk charged again $95 and mentioned that they did not recieve payment from hotels.com. when connected to hotels.com they asked recipt and bank statement but did not refund the amount by saying tha they could not connect to hotel. Its ridiculous that a hotel is listed in the hotels.com and they can't connect to it. I still did not get the refund.

The hotel double charged me after I booked through Booking.com and now they refuse to give me a refund. They are extremely unresponsive and don’t seem to care about my situation. If you want to pay twice for your hotel stay, book here. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Absolutely awful!

I liked we had the ability to choose a room with two bedrooms and a soda bed for a valuable price, the rooms were clean and staff was friendly

The coffee offered in the lobby in the morning was not kept hot, the location wasn't ideal if you're a light sleeper and need to sleep past 8am (planes overhead from the airport), there were disrespectful guests nearby at 3am playing loud music, it was not convenient needing to go to the front desk to ask for kitchen supplies and needing to return them when checking out (they should be supplied in the room already), and the room we stayed in had a broken dishwasher that would run for about a minute then stop its cycle.

Staff was great. The facilities are okay. Not spectacular, but fine for the money.

Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot all night. They were fine - no problems, but it made me a little nervous about my teenager coming and going from the car. Bed was on the small side for two people.

The whole building is stinking with drug/mariuana smell and it was scary

Good location and good value! The room had ample space, including a full kitchen.

Need better signage to find the hotel, especially at night.
