Great customer service, everyone had a good attitude. The hotel is maintained to a high standard. Breakfast was consistently good with a large selection of fresh fruits etc.. Enjoyed having a couple Trooper beers . Good location to Bahnhof and Zugspitze Bahn.

A lovely hotel in walking distance of the train station and many restaurants. Room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This was wonderful place to call "home" while we explored the area.

This is a nice hotel with excellent and friendly staff. The onsite restaurant is excellent. The general condition of the hotel is good. It is on a busy street, so if you are bothered by street noise this should be a consideration. Nice breakfast, a little more than the average continental breakfast.

Old world charm and interesting relics as decor. Cheerful and helpful staff. Decent breakfast and excellent restaurant for dinner. Location was 2 blocks from the train station and central to great hikes and walks.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was great, as well as dinner in the dining restaurant. The garden was peaceful green space and we enjoyed having use of pool and hot tub facilities. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back in future.
