Perfect location central to both cities and short walk to train station. Also adjacent to trail to the Gorge. Great design and super friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast too

This hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the main train station. The service is impeccable, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the single room I had did not reflect any of the photos. It was very dated and the window opened out unto an ugly rooftop with no view.

I stayed for 4 days at the hotel with my wife recently. The customer service at the hotel was non existent. They don’t even offer a birthday cake on my wife’s birthday and doesn't even bother to wish her at least. They asked me to buy a cake and pay money. Not really friendly reception. The room is average but the bed is terrible. Not comfortable for the price you will pay. The jacuzzi and swimming pool area is right in front of ground floor rooms and is really uncomfortable for a relaxed time. Overall very bad experience with the hotel.

Check in was great, friendly staff. Old school key to get in instead of a key card. Room seemed outdated but clean! Breakfast was fine, free and served by waiter.

Wonderful hotel within walking distance to restaurants. The staff was all so friendly and helpful. Great balcony with views of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel that is in close walking distance to the train and bus station as well as the center of town which contains many stores and shops.

Staff are excellent and looked after us even arrange for ice hockey tickets

Excellent service from all the staff. Downside was no coffee/ tea making facilities in the bedroom.
