The spa facilities, the breakfast, the bed was comfy

Noise from rowdy residents banging doors, talking and singing in the early hours. Dirty sheet, carpet wasn't particularly clean. Visited bakehouse which we found expensive and disappointing.

Stayed during the heatwave - no air con, no fan in room, no water glass in room. Bar was dirty - dead flies on window sill and food was poor. Overall, all of the facilities at this hotel need a good clean!

Nice sized bathroom

Requested a cot for our 1 year old and it wasn’t in the room, made a request at 6pm. Returned to our room at 10pm and cot was still not in the room. Waited until around 10.30 for the cot after multiple calls to reception and a rude staff member on the phone

Beautiful location, comfy bed, powerful shower

Way too hot, no fan provided despite requesting before arrival and being told there would be one in the room, had to call room service twice to arrange one. Cobwebs all over the ceiling.

Excellent room - very spacious and clean. Spa facilities were really great although the changing facilities were a little dated. The restaurant area was clean and well kept. The Drop Inn was fantastic - great choice of food and drink and no rush to vacate the table.

The facilities were lovely, not too packed and well managed. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

It’s a bit far from the city centre so if you can’t drive you have to take a cab.
