"Good in most ways but very frustrating with inconsiderate noisy people in adjoining room"

Staff member on duty was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The party in the adjoining room were very noisy. It was almost 4am before they shut up. Although we were wearing ear plugs we were still disturbed all night. I did mention this to the staff member the following morning.

Staff were friendly helpful

It got very loud in the bar with a group of guests which resulted in a fight. The building internal and external is tired especially for this group. Problems with the WiFi

It’s was on route to another location

The floors were went when we arrived , the Wi-Fi didn’t work, the beds were hard/stiff and uncomfortable and the heating wouldn’t turn off so was super hot the staff were less then helpful

"Will stay again but will book direct and get free parking."

Staff very polite and helpful. Food ,good quality. Rooms, very comfortable.

No Free parking. Dinner a little overpriced but good quality.
