Fairmont Windsor Park

The territory was really beautiful, very beautifully made hotel.

Unfortunately the staff is not on the Fairmont level. Very rude, forget everything we told them (we were celebrating birthday and I asked for table set up: balloons, candles and etc prior the celebration.) Nothing was provided. They almost forgot the birthday cake. The staff for some reason walks in to your room while “do not disturb” sign is on and starts a discussion while you’re in bed from the other room… what is this? A 5 star hotel level? I’m not talking about the start of our experience there- they gave me a different room grade and expected me to not have any issue with it. And why on earth there are no bath robes in the bedrooms and no slippers (you have to ask them for this directly). On the checkout they tried to put into my bill additional room for some reason for around 700 pounds more and when we asked what is this cost for they took it away immediately without any explanation. Also on my birthday someone unknown ordered me flowers to my room and they tried to put the cost of these flowers into my bill??? Everything about this hotel is just horrible. If you like me, who wish to celebrate your birthday there, do not come because these guys will ruin everything for you. For this cost it’s absolutely terrifying why there is no one who will be responsible for this messed up system. It’s Fairmont..

My recent stay at Fairmont Windsor Park was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, we were consistently impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the team. What impressed me most throughout our stay was the consistency across every department. Whether we interacted with housekeeping, room service, concierge, reception, the door team, or the wonderful staff at The Brasserie, everyone demonstrated the same commitment to exceptional service and guest care. A special thank you to Shania, who provided a seamless precheck-in experience and immediately made us feel welcome. Nikita on reception made such a fuss of our 6 year old and went out of her way to make her feel special, her kindness, warmth, and natural way with children did not go unnoticed. I would also like to recognise Sharmila whose attentiveness and genuine care truly elevated our experience. Finally Ruby on reception, who made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival. The Guest Relations team also deserve special praise for arranging a teepee tent in our room at short notice. The Concierge team were equally outstanding, effortlessly assisting with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and safely holding our packages upon arrival. The standout member of the team has to be Tony, the doorman. Every great hotel has special people who become part of the guest experience, and Tony is one of those rare gems. He consistently went above and beyond, not only for us but for every guest he encountered. His genuine hospitality perfectly embody what luxury service should be. Tony is truly is the icing on the cake at Fairmont Windsor Park. An outstanding property, but what makes it special is its people. Thank you to the entire team, I cannot wait to return with more friends and family to create many more special memories.

Our short stay at the Fairmont Windsor was exactly what we needed as a family. From the moment we arrived, Bilal made us feel so welcome with his incredible Sri Lankan hospitality — warm, genuine and attentive throughout. It honestly added such a personal touch to the experience. A special mention also has to go to Oscar for making the best Whisky Sour I’ve ever had. Absolutely perfect. The whole experience was relaxing, comfortable and memorable, even in such a short stay. Thank you to the team for looking after us so well — we’ll definitely be back.

This is a beautifully turned out, perfectly located hotel. It was surprisingly accommodating of children with plenty of activities planned throughout the half term week. The swimming pool and the spa facilities were top notch. Evening dining was fantastic and a really enjoyable experience, finished off perfectly with a little stroll around the gardens in the sunset. Very close to windsor, for sight seeing and legoland also not far from Heathrow and London. Every member of staff was wonderful and a pleasure to meet.

The only thing i can think of is the breakfast was a slightly lesser standard. Im not sure if this was because it was included in our room price. As i believe another breakfast option was available. Really, I would have liked fresh orange juice. 🥴

Streaky bacon is cheap. Its Back bacon for an english breakfast . Windsor brasserie.menu is poor. It's too fussy , needs a head chef with some class. Burger appallingly bad . One bite and left it . Scallops tiny and tasted off. Does anyone cooking actually try the food ? 10 of us for dinner and no one enjoyed the meal.

Friendly staff, food & drinks is great. Location is very good for families and people looking for a relaxing time.

Everything was good except. The Air con was not working. I rang reception 1am in the morning. They said they would reset it. Still didn’t work. I eventually got to sleep around 5am.

We only stayed overnight as part of a tour, and did not use any amenities, but the hotel was lovely, with an excellent breakfast lay-out as well. Be advised there are much less expensive places to stay if you just want to overnight before going to the airport

The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Staff so attentive, rooms amazing, bed is comfortable. Beautiful spa. Great breakfast x
