I’m currently at Fairmont Windsor Park and honestly, this place has exceeded every expectation. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the level of care and attention that goes into every detail of the experience. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning — elegant, peaceful, and beautifully designed — but what truly sets it apart are the incredible grounds. They’re perfectly maintained and offer such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re stopping by for a drink, enjoying a meal, or simply taking in the surroundings, it’s a spectacular setting that makes you want to stay all day. What really made my visit unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person has been warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. A special thank you to Gagan Sharma, the General Manager, who took the time to personally come and speak with me — that level of care and leadership really shows throughout the entire team. And a huge thank you to Amir, who looked after me and provided exceptional service. His attention, professionalism, and friendliness made a big difference to my experience, and I’m truly grateful. This is more than just a hotel — it’s an experience. If you’re anywhere near Windsor, this is an absolute must-visit. Whether for a stay, a meal, or even just to enjoy the beautiful grounds, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed as a spa package, which was outlined in advance. However, said included 3 course set menu but it didn't , apparently there was a credit for each guest (this was not specified). The room type also was not clear as what we got was not what was promised. Hotel was nice and the pool but comparable to other 5 star hotels it was below average and misleading. I would not return
