"After staying there over the years, the place had deteriorated; the only eve. food was room service"

At breakfast, Alfonso made our stay feel like home in spite of the deplorable conditions when we arrived May 6, 2026. Nickel and diming us, unforeseen expenses. The new management improved the breakfast and hopefully other things will improve such as dining, deplorable parking fees, room keys. Most staff members were very friendly, but Alfonso stands out as a lovely host. Our maid was a good person as well.

Cost of breakfast, cost of wi-fi, parking fees, broken elevator, key cards that stopped working, one snarky desk person who was there too much,

breakfast area and setting were relaxing and quiet.

Mattress was terrible, super soft. Pillows were huge and stiff, created an uncomfortable sleeping experience. Thin walls, noisy.
