I am disabled, 80 and in pain. We had to get the security officer to help me. The first security person (tom?) was wonderful such a good man and helpful, but when i needed help later the maintenance man was asked and he was exceptionally rude reminding me how much more work he had to do that he couldn’t take time to do this because he couldn’t do this for guest and blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. A property of this type should have a bell hop or staff attendant ready to be of help to any guest. Additionally in the future, I will not be speaking Spanish to any staff , because when I have, they seem to think that ours is a casual relationship, which allows them to pass judgment or be critical or give me a scolding. my attendance there as a guest is strictly formal. They are to treat me in a formal way. Respectfully, I have too long been too kind and too sympathetic to the needs of staff but that won’t happen anymore. This was a learning lesson for me. This is the last time that I will be cordial or speak in Spanish to staff! from now on, it is strictly as formal as they have been taught and trained to do so, and if they have been raised with the proper manners to do so

There was a roach in one of our rooms, everything was old and I’m sure full of bacteria. Not a place I would recommend
