The staff was excellent the room was clean

Hotel was decent after all, fairly clean.

Everything seems to be a little outdated for the price, they even charge you $16 dollars parking fee, I thought this was insane for a hotel like this.

Front desk was great.

Got switched around on room service for a meal so we ended up eating out. I feel if your going to charge $170.00 a night you need to really upgrade your rooms. The bathroom was horrible no cabinet for any of your stuff and tub was super old. I just feel you need to see what people get at other hotels for the same amount you charge. What was supposed to be romantic night out for my husband and I was just a disappointment I almost was going to go to the front desk and tell them no im not paying for that room not at that price. Unfortunately we stayed because we had plans with friends and had no time to look for another room. Any way I would suggest some upgrades to the room and especially the bathroom if your going to charge that kind of money.

The restaurant wasn't open when it said it would be. Sports bar wasn't sure if it was accessible inside. Bathroom near reception was dirty, my bf stepped in someone else's piss.

Property has a very dated drab appearance. We stayed two nights and no one made up the room. Bed was not very comfortable (too soft and probably due for mattress replacement) and the pillow selection was poor. Requested a better pillow from the front desk and it was no better. Front desk staff was not friendly. Made reservation through Booking website and there was no mention of the $16 per night parking charge. What a rip off. The parking lot was not secured in any way. Anybody could enter anytime. I saw no sign of a security person.

Everything seemed old and not well kept. Beds were uncomfortable. Sink and tub didn’t drain, room smelled intensely like bug spray. Next day we found out why. Lady at check-in was rather unfriendly. Deposit of $100, despite the fact that we prepaid. It took 5 days to get it back.
