die Qualität der im Hotel angebotenen Speisen und Drinks unterlag heftigen Schwankungen, man hatte den Eindruck das Hotel wird ohne Ersatzinvestitionen Stück für Stück runter gewohnt, sorry ist aber so....

Fon and Au were very nice and accommodating. They made sure that we were comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The massage was excellent and very relaxing.

Not the newest of resorts, but very well maintained and ocean/beach views to die for. Staff are all very helpful and can’t do enough to assist to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Special mention to Mam and Pammy at Reef Cafe, as well as the masseurs Ae and Fon at the day spa, who provided a very relaxing and professional massage experience. Really enjoyed our week here!

I had a fantastic massage with Ae; truly one of the best I’ve experienced. She created a calm, professional atmosphere and quickly identified areas of tension, applying just the right pressure throughout. Her technique is both skilled and intuitive, and the attention to detail really stood out. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Ae if you’re looking for a quality, professional massage.

L'entretien des espaces privatifs laisse à désirer. Ménage très superficiel. Salle de bains défraîchie, tapis anti-glisse totalement moisi, robinetterie défectueuse...

das Personal an der Bar war etwas überfordert. Wir mussten uns auch immer melden damit die Minibar nachgefüllt wird.

Amazing location with private beach. Hotel stunning. Lots of steps so beware if you have any mobility issues. Staff and food were great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting some relaxation. Lamai is a 10 minute taxi ride away with fabulous restaurants, shops and night market

Lovely peaceful location, on its own nice beach. So good if you want no loud nearby bars Beach access and sun beds no problem as not busy. Sadly nowhere near a 4/5 star as claimed. Accommodation poorly maintained and decorated. Very clean though. We upgraded to a waterside villa on arrival, you had to clean and fill the jacuzzi yourself 😂 Upgraded as was apparent the site is on quite a hill. Not at all suitable for anyone elderly or with restricted physical abilities. Was quite a hike from the beach to reception which is at the top of the hill. General area, stairs, etc a lot of unpainted concrete, so not the prettiest. Just very shabby all around. Paint missing, rust metal, water damage room, mouldy silicone, scale on tiles in shower, etc. Had the buffet special night the first night we arrived, and it was very poor and very expensive. Everything we ate had a weird sweet imbalance, and lacking in saltiness and the expected Thai spices - bland and sweet. Eat out - a Taxi to Lamai is 500 Bhat, and even the best meal will be significantly cheaper. Staff very helpful all around. Breakfast theoretically lots of choice, but had to ask for things to be topped up repeatedly. Quality for most items was clearly done to the lowest cost possible. Overall poor, but special mention to the orange juice - which tasted like the packaging it came in, you’d expect freshly squeezed juice at 4/5 star. Also pastries bizarrely put under heating lamps, so they were soggy. Many other issues with low quality. Come into the booking with eyes open, don’t pay 4/5 star prices, and expect only 3 star and you’ll be happy.
