Centara Villas Samui

The resort itself is beautiful, and 99% of the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at Reef Café was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. As a seasoned traveller, I have stayed in many hotels and resorts around the world, and I have never before felt subjected to discriminatory treatment in the way we did here. In particular, a staff member named Purky consistently ignored us over the course of our four-night stay. The situation then escalated further when, as I scanned the review card, she swore at me in front of other guests, who also appeared visibly surprised by her behaviour. This was especially distressing as we were travelling with my mother during an already emotional time, following the recent passing of my father. To be treated in this way at a resort of this standard was shocking and deeply hurtful. We are of Indian heritage, although we were born and raised in England. Based on our experience, I feel compelled to say that any person of colour should think carefully before staying here if this is the level of treatment they may receive. Discrimination of any kind is unacceptable, and this experience left a very negative impression despite the many positive aspects of the resort.

Ruhige Lage, gut zum Abschalten und entspannen. Frühstück ist sehr schön - direkt am Strand.

Allgemein müsste mal ein wenige renoviert werden, Holz ausgetauscht und Farbe aufgestrichen werden. Wir hatten zuerst eine Villa die nicht unseren Ansprüchen entsprach und nicht dem nachgekommen ist, was wir gebucht hatten. Dort waren u.a. auch die Sonnenliegen kaputt ect. Wir konnten aber innerhalb von 3 Tagen die Villa wechseln. Das Abendessen ist teuer und die Funktion über die App Roomservice zu bestellen war aufs Essen bezogen nicht wirklich gut. Vieles war nicht vorrätig. Der Strand könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein (Plastik).

Monotonne śniadania. Generalnie kuchnia bardzo słaba.

Sehr gepflegter, wunderschöner Garten am Hang gelegen. Wir hatten ein Häuschen mit überdachtem Sitzplatz mit Blick zum Meer, das sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet war. Da es 3 große Pools gibt, haben wir keinen eigenen Pool gebraucht. Aber das Meer ist besonders schön in der Bucht. Außergewöhnliche Landschaft. Durch die Gezeiten ist das Wasser erfrischend und klar. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Konzept, dass der Gast entscheidet, ob täglich gereinigt und frische Handtücher bereit gestellt werden und dann noch eine kleine Belohnung bekommt, finde ich toll.

Die Strandliegen sind viele undedingt zu ersetzen und es fehlen Sonnenschirme. Auch die Stühle im Restaurant sind kaputt. Im Zimmer hätten wir gerne mehr Kleiderbügel gehabt.

Wonderful experience. Relaxing great ambiance. AE was the best

Nice place with a private beach. Breakfast was great and it’s perfect for a relaxing stay. There was even a welcome note in the room, which was a thoughtful touch — except it was addressed to Liam… and I’m not Liam😂.

Direkt am Strand, freundliches Personal

Etwas veraltete Anlage, sehr laute Klimaanlage Hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, bei dem das dritte Bett ein Zustellbett war und ziemlich viel Platz im Zimmer eingenommen hat

Sehr ruhige Lage. Tolle Pools und wunderschöner Strand. Toller Service beim Ausleihen eines Rollers.

Leider hat die Zimmerbeschreibung mit der Realität nicht ganz zusammen gepasst. Den Meerblick hat die Zimmerkategorie vermutlich nur 1-2x im ganzen Hotel.

Absolutely divine massage with Ae at Spa Cenvaree. I was having some pain in my shoulder and Ae made sure to assess and really go over everything before and check in on me throughout the massage. Professional, relaxing and fantastic pressure. Never wanted it to end! Thanks Ae I will be back ☺️
