I have over 3 million miles of worldwide travel and only provide feedback when hotels surpass my expectations.The Crathorne is one of them. Not only is it posh, elegant, serene, and welcoming, the personalized service and attention to detail make it one of the best finds and values I have experienced in 20 years of travel. The staff is very professional, and is evident each one of them loves what they do. The grounds are beautifully manicured. And the rooms make the guests feel like royalty.

Obviously its setting and old world charm. Its proximity to other areas of Teesside. I enjoyed the breakfast being served at your table with lovely white tablecloths. It is so nice instead of everything being self-serve. There wasn't anything to dislike. I come from this area and still have family there so we spent more time out of the hotel perhaps than most.

"Fantastic"

We attended a family wedding and stayed at the hotel for the weekend. What a fantastic place and stay. A beautiful and grand building with stunning grounds and a sumptuous bedroom. All the staff were professional, friendly, efficient, polite and happy. As for the night staff, they literally worked miracles whilst we slept. We will definitely be going back again for a longer stay. Thank you to everyone.
