"Peaceful and relaxing"

Friendly and welcoming staff, who actually remember your name. Very good restaurant with good choice of food. The deluxe rooms are large and comfortable.

Really good couple of days. Warm welcome and excellent room with view of the garden. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the food was very good. Will come again when next in North Yorkshire!

"Wonderful place but dull"

As old buildings go this place is stunning. The room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. All the staff we encountered were super friendly and very helpful. The only way I can fault this place is the overall atmosphere..... there is something missing and I don't know what it is. It lacks personality. If they fix that then it's a 5 out of 5 from me.

"Beautiful Hotel"

Beautiful hotel and great service, but really expensive restaurant. Stayed there 2 days before valentines day by myself but was told they only had the 3 course valentines menu. No a la carte menu. Tiny bathroom though. Always wanted to take a shower while on the toilet.

I spent 2 nights, attending a family birthday event. It was all quite pleasant, and the staff were welcoming. The food was pretty good, although fairly limited in range, particularly for vegetarians. I have no reservations in recommending this hotel. It is a little out of Yarm (the nearest town), and public transport is not available, so reliance on a car or taxis is required. (No buses serve Yarm railway station, which needs addressing by the local authority.) Warm itself is a charming market town.
