Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto East

I was put in a room Where the ceiling was caving in and full of mold from water leaking. Had to ask to move to a safe room. Second room had smoke ordour

My son loved the pool and slide. Hotel staff was great. We would like to see an active effort to reduce single use plastics (straws, etc)

The first night I was put at Room #326 which is right on top of an indoor swimming pool, there was a strong smell of Chlorine in the room especially when the air-condition is running sucking air from outside at night. I think the hotel should not use this room for guest in the first place. After complaining to the front desk the next day morning, I was able to change to another room in the other building which was good, at least no chemical smell!

The pool was very disappointing water was ice cold so nobody went in the pool a hockey team was staying at the hotel they broke the kitty pool and that was the whole reason why I booked at this hotel so my kids can swim being that they are all under five rooms were run down and mouldy hotel needs Beds and pillows were hard as a rock Rooms overall need renovation . was pretty disappointed in this stay

Came here for business. Room was decent, but poorly lit for doing work. Price was decent. Food at the restaurant was good. Too many kids to bother with the pool. Parking garage has no elevator into the hotel. They offer to send staff to meet you there, but then you have to call and wait for them to arrive. Staff were nice, but too much watching stuff on their phones, socializing with each other. All in all, for the price point it's fine.
