Terrific pool area. It's why we keep coming back, but the temperature was pretty cool this time.

Very friendly staff and super clean room. The only problem was that I hinted at an upgrade and the fellow at the front desk said "I'll upgrade you" so I thought that was a nice freebie...but have just noticed an $85 charge on my credit card today! Also, it seems that room service doesn't include lunch which was a bit disappointing. Despite these issues I like this hotel.

We loved the pool area. It was a little world inside of the hotel. The only bad thing is we were told we would get a complimentary breakfast and we didnt, we chose not to pay for breakfast and checked out. Also the staff told us breakfast ends at 11 the night before and in the morning we got down at 10 30 and they were serving brunch. We were not happy about it but the overall experience of the hotel was very pleasant.

The room is clean but the location is not convenient for someone who don’t have a car. It’s not nearby subway station or TTC. The service is good. We are supported that they have steaming TV in the room.

Beautiful hotel. At an event until midnight and left at 6:30 next morning so no time to enjoy the amenities. No elevator during construction currently.

It was our anniversary trip. It would of been nice to be offered something for that. Late check out or a voucher for something. But the hotel itself was beautiful.

We had a problem with towels. I booked the room for 4 people and the room o ly had 2 set of towels when we arrived. The next day house keeping again only left 2 sets of towels. Had to call front desk twice for the extra towels. Also, only 2 drinking glasses. The rest of the stay was nice. Clean rooms, nice pool, wifi worked great. Staff was nice and helpful.
