Good location, friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable

Service wasn't in sink. Communication of room was poor.

Very disappointed in the condition this year . I’ve stayed in the past when I visit TO but the conditions has drastically changed.. bathroom lights not functioning , toiletries not enough , leaking bath tub faucet, and guests beside us can hear all of thier activities all night ! The bar and restaurant conditions and service was perfect !

Only complaint was the coffee machine, kept turning off after a 1/4 of cup was filled, had to keep resetting it. Only complaint!

Long time ago when my kids were little I won a free weekend anywhere theres a Delta. I chose Delta East so the kids could use the waterslide and was close to the Toronto Zoo. My hubby has business in Pickering so he let me pick . He already stayed here a few weeks ago. I had to think about the star rating. It does need updating. It looks the same from 20 years ago. But the room is spacious, parking indoor for a price, nice place to eat. But has no free breakfast, no fridge, no extra blanket, hubby likes it cold! Yes gave it a four instead of the three. TIME to update people!

Spent 2 nights here in Sept. Rooms clean and spacious. Services very good, anything you wanted they got you. Hotel large. Breakfast room with grab and go option. Snack bar and restaurant. Breakfast in the restaurant, very good with superb service. 4 x street entrances get you around quicker. Based in the busy shopping area and a few blocks from the theatres its an OK base for checking out Toronto's sites if you want to try the underground. A lot of pilots/air stewards use this hotel so its not far from the airport.

Here for a business meeting and I found the tower selection to be very quiet to my surprise. Breakfast in the morning was quick and the server was ver pleasant. I would imagine that the summer and weekends are busy with the indoor pool and the huge slide! I will be back.

The hotel had offsite parking to a park are at a hospital. Once you follow the signs into the hotel to the,lobby at that point you are informed that there is no elevator on that side of the hotel. Using the house phone didn't help as no one answered. Others guests helped me get my luggage up a long steep set of stairs to the lobby.

The water slide was fun buuut there was a wedding reception or something that went on till past 11 and was super loud.. no fridge or microwave in our room.

Excellent location. Great pool and good size hottub.
