Room needed upgrade... bathroom averagely clean only

The Christmas tree was beautiful and placed central, it made for a great photo-op. Loved that there was winding slide in the pool area, added bonus that there was a bar beside the pool. The room was very clean and spacious

Carpet very clean. Bathroom is big and very clean, which I really appreciate.

A room wasn't available when we checked in so the receptionist Rhonda gave us free parking for the three nights we stayed.

It was My 3rd time stay in this hotel and every time I come I feel really special as they always accomodate all my requests and the staff are always respectful and helpful especially John and Mateo in the front desk and the food in the restaurants are really good and the staff are trained fully well except for one! They have clean facilities and all the amenities are all located on site including a pool, hot tub and a water slide plus an exercise room and also a spa😀I recommend to book on a weekday so you can have some privacy in the pool and other amenities!

The room was dirty and throughout the entire hotel there is a wet musty odour. Hotel looks very run down.

We stay at this hotel approximately once a year as it's close to family for get togethers. My kids love the pool and waterslide. I usually find a decent rate and it's just off of the 401 which makes it really easy for travelling. They have covered parking. For some people, the downfall might be that you have to take your luggage up and down stairs.

The parking used to be free, It is a bit annoying that you have to pay extra for it now that the parking lot has been sold for condo development

Very neat pool area. Parking was interesting due to construction. Front desk Alexia was great. Valet drivers great. Room was ok...bed super comfortable. Bathroom did not have bath towels, had to call for them and it took over 20 mins to get them.
