Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and confortable. Great location

I liked lots of things about this hotel. The comfy beds, free parking, and it was very quiet at night. I wish there a continental breakfast was included or decent coffee in the lobby.

Check in/out was extremely fast and courteous With it being New Year’s Eve I expected some noise from other guests/rooms it was surprisingly quiet throughout our stay Ordered dinner and breakfast room service it was very punctual and food was excellent Room was on the 11th floor was good no complaints All staff interactions was excellent all were very friendly and professional Would definitely stay here again!

The swimming pool and the air temperature in the pool area was lower than usual - a bit too cool

We booked two rooms more than six months ahead of time requesting connecting rooms because we had 5 kids under 10. It does state that they can not guarantee connection. Check in time is 3:00pm , we arrived at 3:15pm to be told there are no connecting rooms available. They gave us two rooms on the same floor close together, which was very disappointing. However what was infuriating is that one of the rooms had a connecting door to a room that was rented to someone else. Despite the registered request it would appear they made zero effort to fulfill the request. Seems ridiculous for a hotel who’s best feature is a family friendly pool. Was hoping this would become a regular place but not now!

Entire facility was extremely clean and modern. Amenities especially the pool was 'top drawer' Beds were the most comfortable I ever experienced at a hotel Staff were attentive and helpful I would return to this hotel.

This was our first stay at this location and our Golden's first visit to a hotel. We stayed two days. The staff was very accommodating when our Golden would not cross the walkway to the room we were assigned. The staff arrange to move us to the West wing so we wouldn't have to cross the walkway. After that we had no problem with the dog. Rooms were clean & neat. We will definitely stay here again. This was nice a close to the 401 & 404.

Went for a buffet today. The service was impeccable, but that’s where the good comments end. The food was horrible. There were less than ten things to eat, the fruit was gross and the turkey barely edible. One of the stations was pizza, and that seemed safe. So I ate pizza for Christmas dinner. So gross, don’t have a meal there.

Bed was quite comfortable Bathroom can do with some upgrade Messed on our breakfast order but redeemed when they canceled the charges Overall the stay was ok no one knock at your door unnecessarily. I like the option that you can decline house keeping

I loved the customer service and the privacy that was given to me and my boyfriend. I really enjoyed the pool as well and the hotel room was beautiful and really clean. We had a great time!
