Very nice staff,and very clean rooms😁 The pool was cold for my liking.

The indoor pool setting was great! It was nice and relaxing. Rooms were big and very clean! Easy check in and very easy checkout!

Good hotel experience. Would re book this place again without a doubt best one in the east.

There was an extra tax charge that I wasn’t told about and I was charged for parking I wasn’t told about these charges they just appeared on my bill which was emailed to me -

Clean, but out dated and only a community microwave

just a little touch of care and put to life the entrances from prking .. add a little life its like walking in an alley and not appealing on my eyes.. it would be nice to add some interisting gallery pics with details or an indoor plant that when u walk in .. u will say wow ! entrance is nice and inviting..

Nothing unique, need to stay for work. The gentleman in the front desk needs better people skills

The property was nice and clean with awesome room service and also a restaurant and an indoor pool. You didn't have to leave the hotel if you did not need too!

Omg! Would not recommend! The door lock broke while we were in the room! We were trapped inside our room for at least 30 minutes before anyone came. Thankfully we were able get out through the connecting room, which was so embarrassing! The family beside was were confused and also concerned for the safety of their children! The night manager was "kind enough" to "upgrade" our room to an elete room and set the expectations that our room and parking would be complimentary. This however was not the case! When checking out, the associate at the time Amber was rude, sarcastic and continued to roll her eyes at my family and my very angry partner. She reluctantly provided for us the managers card and contact information. The front desk manager Aroon Gurung was not any better! Accusing my significant other of "yelling, swearing and thretneing" Amber which was not the case at all! All in all I did feel as though I was valued as a customer, would not recommend!

No rooms with whirlpools or jetted tubs in room. Rooms not anything special or spacious but have everything you need. Extra channels available than most hotels. Amenities on site above and beyond. No reason to ever leave the hotel. Restaurant/bar open later than most. Overall rooms average but the rest of the hotel spectacular
