"Difficult to review because..."

...the hotel itself and its staff are both very good nice. However, we encountered the following with our room. Upon check-in, there was zero toilet paper. None. There was one bath towel for two people. After turning on the shower and attempting to get some soap from the dispenser, I found out that it was empty. Not sure how to explain it because, as I said, this is a very nice place. The breakfast buffet is quite impressive and the other food/beverage offerings were also good. The total lack of room amenities remains perplexing.

We had a really good stay at the Hotel Dann Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent. Lots of dining options nearby. The Parque La Carolina and the big Quicentro mall was a short walk away.

I use to go to this hotel more than 12 years ago and they maintain their hi quality in every kind of services, I mean, food, nit and clean rooms, spa, friendly staff and genetosity. I love this hotel, for me the best option in Quito

Room comfortable and spacious. Fridge in room.Staff very polite. Cleaner a bit forgetful. Forgot to turn TV off, close window of replace bin bag in bathroom. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast very good. Didn't enjoy the spray freshener outside the lifts it was like inhaling cigarette smoke when it sprayed. Street /disco noise outside was a bit annoying, but not the hotels fault. Excellent location

We were pleasantly surprised as to how four star this hotel seemed. It has a classy lobby, a good location, the room was big and well decorated, a big buffet breakfast, and access to a gym in a pool, which is hard to find in Ecuador.
