It’s having a tart up but it’s very superficial. Lipstick. Staff are great but there just aren’t enough of them. Spend money on wages not paint for a better guest experience.

Breakfast was really good. Room was great, however, very uneasy to move around with a pram

We left a changing mat in the downstairs toilets , we rang reception asking for help in finding this after we left. They got back to us saying they have searched high and low saying they can not find it. Our friends then went 3 weeks later and found it in the place we left it. This exemplifies the lack of help from the staff

Room was excellent, roomy clean comfortable. We would have preferred a walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a selection of food to satisfy everyone. View was onto back work area, but the gardens are beautiful

Apart from walk in shower we had no complaints, the staff were all extremely helpful and always cheerful.
