Excellent location. Staff very helpful and attentive. The room provided good views, was a decent size, clean and well presented, safe parking, and excellent dining room.

Every third day room servicing inadequate compared to many other similar quality hotels. Poor tea/coffee provision for a hotel of this rating. Other similar hotels we have used provide greater choice, including bottled water, milk and biscuits. The lift, whilst a feature of the hotel's history is inadequate, and an upgrade somewhere within the building is required. No room information pack provided and parking expensive.

"Brilliant Lakeside Hotel"

Brilliant reception staff and porter with excellent attitudes. Suggests good management. Lovely room with lake view. Good and well-prices food options. Great breakfast, plenty or leisure areas. Great barman. All willing to go the extra mile - great people.
