It was a tiny room and the floor was dirty no hair dryer strange men with balaclavas on Outside very noisy you could hear people walking past the door

Room was too tiny as i am 6ft 4 man i was given a ground floor when i clearly stated that i wanted a top floor

The bed was soo tiny as well as the room and i was so uncomfortable

It was local

Lack of housekeeping . Had to ask for clean towels and toilet roll. Bin not emptied had to ask for bin bags and emptied them myself. Had been there 7 days before any housekeeping and that was only because we were complaining to the area manager

Hotel is better than the last time we stayed

Certain furniture and marks on walls could do with touching up and replacing Breakfast poor kept running out of items no cups coffee freezing cold, people had nowhere to sit tables never emptied and cleaned
