The hotel has lot's of lovely features and comfy would have loved to have breakfast options the single beds were not the best but ok .our room did not have a view just an wall .we had a lovely time and in a perfect position and having a car park is a plus.

Just the bed and view but the position makes up for that

Very poor …. Clean room but first room shown had no power and non flushing and leaking lavatory. Staff entirely unapologetic and I had to ask for help because non offered The hotel has no lift ( not mentioned on booking forms ) and there is no help with luggage . There is also no breakfast . Generally run down and deserted air … huge shame in wonderful old building Exposed wire on bathroom heater

Barely anything, just the location. The two very you g reception staff did their very best to help as someone had cancelled my booking pre-arrival. The hotel is not worthy of its staff.

It is filthy everywhere. Everything in the building needs completely renovating. No aircon, one old looking teabag per person in the room (id travelled 350 miles arriving early hrs). No lifts or help with luggage. Even the staircase was littered with dirt/ rubbish. So bad that it is truly hard to believe.
