Staff where very welcoming.

Hotel it self could do with updating, room it self was very disappointing, broken window, broken toilet seat, shower not working very well also mould on tiles, curtains had been cut all frayed at the edges, won't be returning in near future.

The hotel has a horrible musty smell and when you walk past the toilets in the corridor the smell is disgusting. The whole place is just very dated and doesnt give a nice vibe, especially when staying there alone. The rooms are also very dated, there was stains on the quilt. Just overall not a great place to stay. Location is amazing though.

What a lovely hotel. Very old fashioned but we loved that. Room was spacious and spotless. Check in was easy. Great location. Would definitely stay again. Yes some of the carpets are threadbare but a powder room, a fab old highchair, wooden floors, wooden revolving door. so lovely.
