Alta Peruvian Lodge

Ski lodge. Full dining included with a great food (a lot of it). Good service! Need to walk to a ski lift (but they provide a ride to families if needed. thank you!). You can hear your next door lodgers well, good luck with quite ones! Overall, a great ski lodge!

Old style lodge. Great bar on second floor. Excellent food, family style.

Everything works for the skier here. Food and common devotion to skiing reigns here. Old fashioned, extremely comfortable, even if in a dorm like room. It just works.

Unique vibe in old time lodge. It was my first visit here and i would return. Food was actually outstanding and staff superb. Hot hot tub and casual welcoming relaxing lodge.

The lodge was perfect. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Food was really scrumptious and there was way too much of it!!! Can’t wait to go back with my whole family next time.

The hotel itself send nice place to go the problem with the hotel wasn't the hotel it was Expedia because it's pedia told me you can snowboard at this place and you could not so we had to travel to different places to go snowboarding and skiing which is not what I wanted to do the Expedia person I talked to on the phone told me that you could snowboard there and also I don't like that you told me that the fares what are the best fares and after I booked it I found better fares I could have saved myself $600 if I booked it myself

The Peruvian is an old world style ski lodge. There are no TVs in rooms, the rooms are small but functional (and great with the renovations!) the wonderful meals are included. It is designed for people who are social and love to ski. Families come back for generations for the experience. We love it. If you are looking for fancy this is not for you, but if you enjoy great conversations while enjoying an amazing meal after a great day of skiing this is your place!

If you like old school European lodging with great food and company, the Peruvian is for you. The rooms are simple (no TVs) but very comfy. The delicious meals are included in your lodging and the fun part is sitting with new folks every night. Families return year after year for the Peruvian experience. If you are social and a skier this is a great place if you are not or need fancy accommodations you should look elsewhere.
