The Imperial Crown Hotel

Awful hotel go elsewhere. No towel in room on arrival, had to go to reception to get one to shower. uncomfortable and noisy bed,which is next to the wall so you banged your knees or arms when turning. Dirty threadbare carpet which looked like it,had been there for yrs. moth or fly still in ceiling light,stains on door and walls.bad repairs on moved sockets and sink. white toilet seat on a grey suite and not aligned properly. Had to ring the head office to check out as their was no one on reception after being there for 45mins. should be closed down for a full refurbishment.

2 singles pushed together to make a double. Very uncomfortable when you fell down the gap

Everything worked, very comfy bed, good price

Very small window made room feel small and bathroom is very dated. Some of the repairs in the room are very amateur.

Lovely staff very helpful. Close to town for shops and bars.
