Travelodge by Wyndham Monroe

The lock on the door was broke, the tub wasn’t cleaned out. The bathroom door was split in 2, sheets were stained. The lady at check in was nice, the lady at check out was rude. I found a sewing needle in the mattress and reported it to the front desk. I was told to come back in the morning for a refund. Went back in the morning and the lady told me I could not receive a refund.

Nice little place for the price

Staff was nice but the room hotel was dingy, the room wasnt great. I killed a cockroach on the wall in the first time 10 minutes I was there. Checked for bed bugs and didnt find any but there were plastic liners over the beds. Sheets seemed to be clean.

Cockroaches everywhere and won’t refund my money.I was told By motel that Booking.com was going to refund but it’s been almost 3 wks with no communication!!!!!!!!!!!! Do the t right thing and fix the problem! I’m calling the health department
