I booked a Jacuzzi room there were two available, but when I got there to check in they had overbooked the Jacuzzi rooms and I didn't get my room as they had given my room to someone else. I did not receive a discounted rate for my different room. When we got to the room it was filthy, there were no blankets/ comforter on the beds, the cable/ satellite TV was not working, the lamps did not work, and there was hair from the last few people that stayed in the room littered all over the bathroom and bathtub. The staff made some inappropriate comments towards me while I was waiting for 10 minutes to be checked in. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I will never stay here again.
