Travelodge by Wyndham Monroe

Fist room was filthy so they gave us a new one and the door was standing open when we got there jet tub didn't work if ur not local don't stay here it's trash

They asked for a $50 cash non refundable deposit that I didn't have because the listing said nothing about it. Someone contact me tomorrow.

Bathtub jets stops sometimes more of a motel

When i get there he told me that they don't have rooms available

It was open all night so we could book at midnight it was nice

There was no toilet paper in the room when we got there and the room smelled of heavy smoke and the floor wasn't cleaned properly

The afternoon staff was awesome but the morning manager needs more training in customer service and friendliness. Prices change day to day with her and if you are a friend or stranger. The cleaning staff was great but the manager does not check the room when done and door are left open for anyone to enter. Maintenance is overwhelmed and need help, shoddy repairs and lack of knowledge on ptac units. This all lays on the manager, myself and my wife have ran many motels and this is far from being run efficiently. Change manager and instill proper policies and procedures and this place could be a diamond in the ruff.
