Location and friendly attentive staff.

Several obvious things that need repair or servicing.

Picked this property because of location.

Hotel is right across the street from public parking garage. Listened to party goers laughing talking and singing until midnight. Apparently a group on motorcycles go around the square reving their engines until 3:30 AM. I called the front desk and said police was on the way.

Right in the middle of downtown Savannah which was exactly what I wanted so I could walk around and enjoy the historic part of the city. Since I was by myself I found a couple of nice restaurants less than two blocks away where I could eat at the bar.....

Actually I liked it all

Would like to have had a refrigerator

Great location, easy parking, we could walk everywhere, helpful staff, with very good recommendations for dinner! The Wine and Cheese get together was also a very nice touch.

The staff was exceptional. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the atmosphere was gracefully elevated. The location was perfect, fronting the beautiful square and just a quick walk from City Market and River Street.

The bathroom was clean and functional, but awkwardly laid out with the door almost in the way of the sink.
