For the price of our room, I would have expected higher quality with more attention to details. We had towels on the floor and couch to catch the constant water leaking from the air conditioner, even after a service call the toilet continued to not flush, no one came to clean our room and provide fresh towels. When we complained the receptionist immediately tried to turn the situation around and blame us. No we did not have a do not disturb sign on our door. No it is not our responsibility to try and fix the toilet over and over.

My wife and I love the Islander Resort! We were married there in May of 2025 and had a wonderful time. We just celebrated our first anniversary there and again we had a fabulous time. We loved the room that they assigned us to and the proximity to everything. The resort grounds are full of meticulously maintained tropical plants and trees that give a nice Caribbean feel. All of the staff that we had contact with were all super friendly and helpful. We also are very grateful for the special treatment we received as returning newlyweds, thank you very much! The Islander Resort is our favorite resort!
