My microwave didn't work. The TV is dated and works barely. The air conditioner leaked all over my clothes that were in a suitcase simply because it was too close to it. Had to wash everything.

Room was dirty and light didn’t work

Who was not opened. Kept promising they would be open within an hour, and it never opened. Hot tub was not available as well. Hotel is very dated and did not have a clean feel to it.

The properties and area around the Norwood hotel are quite nice. There’s a nice Mexican restaurant sit down version across the street. There’s a golf galaxy around the corner a large post office. Everything says middle class to upper middle class. Except for the Norwood it has the look feel an activity of a welfare hotel? I don’t know if it is or not but a real crowd dirty filthy unacceptable Not fit into the neighborhood that it is living in stay away

The property was quiet and outside was neat. But it is set in an area that if you don’t have a car you can’t get anywhere. No restaurants are close. Inside was dirty and not well taken care of.

It was as expected for the price I paid. It’s not 5 star, not the worst on the block. TV’s don’t work in room but had mini fridge. No clock, radio, phone- just the bare minimum otherwise. Close to food and shopping!

Required $100 deposit.

Pool was broken and that was the only reason I got the hotel, breakfast bar was terrible with nothing set out in the morning.
