Norwood Inn and Suites - Minneapolis-St Paul Roseville

The check in was fine ! But the hot tub was broke they didn’t have hot breakfast like said ! The room smelled the tv was broke ! The to only had 5 working channels

Rate was cheap. Convenient location by the freeway, quiet, complimentary Continental breakfast, friendly staff, restaurants and stores nearby and late check in was appreciated.

It was notnclean at all. There was blood on foot area of sheets. Stuff smeared on wall in several diff spots. No alarm clock. Pool was ivky hot tub had nonwater in it and was gross looking. You also couldnt find the door to gonto pool area. I was looking forward to hot tub so i was super disappointed.

not so good! Soda machine did not return the coins, smell bad, bed is too high for disability customer, handicap parking was full for disability customer.

The mattresses were so thick I was afraid if you fell out of bed you'd break your neck also it was not very comfortable mattress the sheets were not very soft

This is not a nice hotel. The room was dirty, amenities were broken, the bathroom door couldn't even close, the curtains were see-through, our non-smoking room smelled extensively like smoke, the area around it felt incredibly dangerous, and I would never recommend staying here.

I want my money back

The room could have used a good cleaning.Cobwebs in the.corners of the bathroom, carpet needed to be vacuumed.

Absolutely do not stay here! I dont have a high bar and didnt expect much. That said every part of the hotel was filthy, sticky, and smelled horrible.
