It was quiet

This place was okay, easy to find, and had a good parking lot. The service at midnight was excellent; the staff member, who was Indian, was very polite and friendly.

It was really dirty and gross not comfortable,nasty room.

The 1st room that they gave me, no television remote, no phone in the room and the sink in the washroom was cloud up. the second room was the same way but I had to have a room. The breakfast was poor.

The day staff was friendly and helpful. The evening staff did not know I existed. All the common areas were dirty and unkept. When I came to breakfast at 7:00 a.m., the only thing available was bread for toast. The milk was expired, and there was no cereal, waffles, or fruit. When I asked the staff, they said the truck was either still coming or not coming at all. I chose this property over another because of breakfast. Instead, I had to go out and spend more money on breakfast at a restaurant.

Pool is great perfect temp clean and good repair hot tub has been broken for a long time it looked disgusting inside it. State of disrepair was more than obvious same as cleaning staff not caring a piece of wood was the safety measures for the window on a ground floor. The hotub in our room worked very good after we sanitized it and pulled all the hair out of the drain it was filthy. The ants around the base and in the bathroom were off-putting as was the tv services that did not work. We had a pillow case that had dried blood on the backsidd we through of the bed the sheet had multiple dried on stains. All around the grounds and the building there is need of major fixing and renovations they should not be running. Safety cleanliness amenities a 2 staff a 4 would not recommend this place to a inlaw I did not like much less a enemy. Spend the money and stay somewhere half way decent for your money there are many places around it that are way better. Overall a 2 disappointing at best felt like a cheap place for people to live without credit to get a apartment living there by the day....

Fo not book this hotel if you are an LGBT+ community member. You will be threatened with bodily harm or worse.

This isn't the Ritz. I was in town for a concert and all I cared about was getting a cheap place to sleep and prep for the event. That's exactly what this was. The room was clean and the bed was nice. However, if you're looking for a nice place with amenities, this is not that. The blanket was thin, the breakfast was minimal, and a couple of the rooms (not mine) smelled weird. I'm pretty sure the pool was closed too. Another nice thing is that this place is close to a strip mall, including a Dollar Tree and food places, so that was really convenient. 5/5 if you're not picky, 0/5 if you care about staying somewhere nice.
