Good location

A lot of renovations going on and quite messy. Also had to pay separate for parking which I never had to before

Close to our office, had dinner there and it was good.

Under construction, corridors look creepy, renovated rooms look good but basic. Missing a nicer duvet that feels heavier and warmer.

Large areas of the hotel were under renovation during my stay. As a result, I had to return to the check‑in desk three times: first because the key card did not open the initially assigned room; then because the second key also failed to work; and finally because I was given an “upgraded” room that was still under construction and did not even have bed and floor. Finally, I was assigned a spacious and comfortable room, but the corridor leading to it was being repainted, and the strong smell of fresh paint persisted throughout my stay.

Very welcoming. Even though they have refurb work going on, it’s a lovely place to stay

Maybe the sound of drilling at 6am was a little off putting but I didn’t stay awake long.

There was decorating going on bit of a mess

The bar and restaurant were very well decorated and well presented . Staff friendly and helpful

Obesely i know work was getting carried out. But The view from our room. Was a load of old toilets and rubble. Just dosed off to sleep. And got woke up buy what i can only assume was the bar staff emptying the bottle bin from the bars. Bed was really small and mattress was not the best.

Just a nice hotel, location where I needed it to be ,would stay there again all rooms are being refurbished which is nice
