Relais et Chateaux La Bonne Étape

The pool is nice. They allowed us to feed our baby in the room with a high chair. We left some items and they are posting them to us.

The breakfast was way overpriced for what we received. We also were led to believe that it was included. When I questioned this, I was told I shouldn't have been told this, but nothing was done about it. I was told that's the way it is. 24 euros for a small buffet and one cooked egg. The hotel is also tired, and we requested a room near the restaurant which we were promised but weren't delivered. I found mouse droppings in the room. This is a really overpriced hotel for what you receive, they are using the fact they have a Michelin starred restaurant to hike up the price. When we left, there was no one to be seen on reception so I couldn't communicate the above. This was a minimoon for us after our wedding in France, and it was not very good at all.

The restaurant was superb with an absolutely outstanding service. The hotel's own bakery was fabulous.

Great location in Alps de Provence. The hotel and restaurant are delicious. The breakfast is great.

The wifi in the property wasn't the fastest.

Très belle étape relaxante sur la route Napoléon. Piscine agréable. Restaurant gastronomique succulent.

Un bon séjour où nous avons regretté que la carte de la Brasserie ne soit pas à la hauteur de l’établissement ( sauf le nougat glacé délicieux !)
