Hôtel où le service client n’est pas la priorité: bistro Gaby avec un menu dont on se demande la recherche (3 choix) et dont le personnel au dîner semble complètement désintéressé…pas du tout à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et pour votre information, que dire du petit déjeuner qui débute à 7h30 mais sans chef car celui-ci débute à 8h donc pas possible d’avoir un oeuf!!! On appelle cela dans nos livres un manque total de respect client lorsqu’on paie plus 400 Euros par nuit!!! Relais château mon oeil!!!

Vi havde en enkelt overnatning her, og det var ganske fint. Ikke noget wow men et ok hotel med en dejlig pool. Restauranten der imod var en god oplevelse. Og der er ikke en finger at sætte på servicen.

Dated decor. Shower in bath, why do hotels still do this? View from balcony was an unkept garden.

Lovely historic Chef-Patron owned Hotel with a 1 Michelin ⭐️ Restaurant and Bistro. Beautiful buildings and interesting grounds. The 1⭐️ is only open on certain days, so wise to check if you’re booking for that Restaurant especially. Bistrô Gaby provided tasty food. All the staff were welcoming, including the Chef-Patron himself and his lovely dog. Lovely, comfortable authentically decorated room. Superb outdoor Pool accessed via a beautiful garden path. Good Parking. We would have liked to have stayed longer. Loved the relaxed yet quality vibe and intend to return.

Nothing really. Maybe minor difficulty initially in knowing where to go to request drinks etc. No obvious Bar, other than in Gaby, orders taken by staff and delivered to wherever you’re sitting.

The hotel has a nice provincial character

The staff were lovely and professional. We were upgraded when I was unhappy with the first room, and the upgraded room was lovely.

Our first room was disappointing for both my husband and I, but the lovely staff immediately remedied the situation and we were much happier. You can't ask for more than that.
