Sometimes at night staff are away from the desk but the wait is short.

Ease of checking and out. Property is set back off the street so there was zero traffic sounds.

The tables by the elevators make it impossible to use the luggage cart without hitting the tables. They look Nice, but each time I was moving that luggage cart I hit the tables.
