Jamaal is hands down the best! From start to finish, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. His customer service went above and beyond — you can tell he truly takes pride in what he does. He made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. This is a wonderful hotel! I have stayed here multiple times. Close proximity to a variety of restaurants and the staff is amazing! If anything is not to your liking, they will go above and beyond to make it right. Tamen and Jamaal were incredible! I would choose to stay here again and again!

"It will always be the Westin"

My stay at the Westin is always great! They are soo welcoming and accommodating. After a long day of business meetings decompressing at the bar is great! Jamaal is the best bartender. The past couple of years I have come, he has been funny and provided great service. Top tier hospitality!! The bar food is also delightful! I will always choose the Westin when i come to the Lou!
