The Westin St. Louis

Jamaal made my experience! This place feels like “Cheers.”

I want to take a moment to recognize Corey Taylor at The Westin in St. Louis. Our rooms weren’t ready when we arrived, but instead of just leaving us waiting, Corey stepped up and took it upon himself to accommodate us with lunch. That level of care and initiative truly stood out. 🙌🏽✨ As Raz B from B2K, headliner of the Millennium Tour and representing Boys For Life, I’ve experienced hospitality all over the world—and I can honestly say Corey’s service was top-tier. 💯 It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond like that. He made us feel valued and taken care of, and that speaks volumes about his character and professionalism. 👏🏽 Corey Taylor is a great person, an asset to the team, and absolutely deserves recognition—and a raise! 💼🔥 Thank you again for the outstanding hospitality! 🙏🏽

Location was great! The bar staff was excellent! Food was great!

Check in Process was horrendous! So unorganized and chaotic! Tried to get early check in and couldn’t even settle for on time! What an absolute mess!!

The location. The view to the city. The hotel conditions is good, everything looked elegant!

You’re in the middle of America. Get employees who speak some English! Even the restaurant servers DO NOT speak English. Both times we went and ordered they had no idea what we ordered and had to have a MANAGER come and confirm what we were saying. Crazy.

The room was perfect! The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome! The location was also great for my visit

The location was perfect for the event we were attending and it’s right in front of the Busch Stadium and the Arch.

As soon as we got there, we were kinda treated differently because we had never been there and no we didn’t know where to go. One morning, we called the office about WiFi because it wasn’t connecting and again, was laughed at and treated like we were stupid for not getting it connected. Then there’s the room, nothing was wiped down! Bathroom, shower, tables and windows, also fridge didn’t work and one of the locks that you fold over the door didn’t have the hook on the door for it to l onto. One last thing, I was never told about paying for parking in our hotel parking lot. Was never explained to me even self parking in the hotels parking lot a block away was going to be $42/day. I was truly shocked when I went to check out and they told me the charges. Even my $80 dinner with 2 meals took over a hour just to get to order my food. Overall, love the location and had stayed at a Westin previous to this one and it definitely wasn’t the same.
